Blacksmiths with at least 265 skill and at least
level 50 can do a series of 7 quests that will
rasie Thorium Brotherhood reputation. Each of
the quests requires you to turn in so many bars
of thorium and you get an Imperial Plate armor
recipe in exchange. This will allow you to make
the Imperial Plate armor set. These quests have
a total cost of 270 thorium bars and give out
1150 reputation experience.
