You get a Worg Pup pet for completing the level 59 quest "Kibler's Exotic Pets" Speak to Kibler who is located in Burning Steppes, north of the Ruins of Thaurissan then travel to Blackrock Spire and collect a Bloodaxe Worg Pup for Kibler.
