The Tree Frog can be purchased at the Darkmoon Faire. The Darkmoon Faire is a traveling faire that will alternate between Mulgore and Elwynn Forest each month and will only run for a week.

There is a boy that you have to catch, who is very quick on his feet! Flik runs around the Darkmoon Faire grounds. He sells an unlimited supply of tree frog boxes. He likes to run off on you while you're shopping so you have to buy from him quick! The cost for his frogs is 1 gold.
