The Prarie Dog can be purchased from Halpa in Thunder Bluff, in Mulgore for 50 silver. The vendor is hard to find. Look around the outer edge just before the eastern (right-hand) bridge that takes you south to Hunter Rise. Look behind the building that houses this eastern bridge. She is in a hut. Horde Faction
