The Cockroach can be purchased in Undercity in Silverpine Forest for 50 silver from Jeremiah Payson. He can be a bit tricky to find. He hides under a ramp with his roaches in the trade area at 67.44. Horde Faction

Cockroach binds when used so it is givable.
