Blood Parrot

The Blood Parrot is the only pet that is tied to a piece of armor, the Bloodsail Admiral's Hat. You right click on the hat to summon the parrot. You get the Bloodsail Admiral's Hat after completing the level 60 quest, "Avast Ye, Admiral!"

You can only get this quest if you are nuetral with the Bloodsail Buccaneers faction. To raise your faction with the Bloodsail Buccaneers you must kill their hated enemies, the goblins, which are found in Booty Bay.

To enable attacking the goblins: In the reputation panel check the At War box next to Booty Bay.

Avast Ye, Admiral! Quest

Quest Giver: Fleet Master Firallon found on a boat around the small Southern Islands of Stranglethorn Vale

Objectives: Kill Fleet Master Seahorn and Baron Revilgaz found in Booty Bay. You must also kill enough goblins to achieve a friendly status with the Bloodsails.

Quick Quest Completion: The two characters that you have to kill are found right by the flight landing. Kill them and jump off into the water for a quick get away.

To get your faction back up to neutral so the goblins of Booty Bay, Ratchet, and Gadgetzan do not attack you, start killing Bloodsails.
